Where are your candles made?

All candles are handmade by Madeline in her studio located in Eugene, Oregon.

Where do you ship to?

Currently anywhere in the United States.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders over $100 ship for free. All other orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.95.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are fast for a small business, typically taking 1-2 days to process your order. Once shipped, you can expect it to be delivered within 1-5 days depending on where you are located. Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Do you offer local pickup/delivery in Eugene?

Yes! We have free delivery for all local orders over $50 within 8 miles of Mad Candle Co. Studio. located in North Eugene. Delivery is $5 for orders $49.99 and under. Orders will be delivered within 1 week from date of purchase. If you need it sooner, please make a note in order notes (in your cart) BEFORE checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We do not currently offer pickup.

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days at info@madcandleco.shop with photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label to initiate the replacement process.

Can I return or exchange my candle?

As a small business, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Candles are a scent-based product, and fragrance is personal. To help you choose with confidence, we release seasonal Discovery Boxes with 2oz versions of each scent before offering full-size candles.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Can I send a gift to a friend, family or loved one?

Of course! Our packing slips never include cost, it is simply an itemized receipt, which essentially serves as a gift receipt. If you'd like to include a special note, please type it out in the order notes (in your cart) BEFORE checkout. We will highlight your note for the recipient to see! And of course, be sure to use their shipping address if you want it sent directly to them.
